Elsie earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is licensed in California as both a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner.

Through Starlight Mental Health Solutions, Elsie provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment planning. She works closely with patients to create a safe, supportive environment where they feel heard, respected, and empowered in their mental health journey.

Her clinical interests include the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other psychiatric concerns. She believes in combining clinical expertise with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and collaborative care to help patients achieve lasting wellness.

Elsie is fluent in English and Yoruba and is committed to serving diverse communities with dignity and respect.
